Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the curtains and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
